General Terms and Conditions AP Real Estate & Renovation

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of AP Vastgoed & Renovatie. By placing an order or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and conditions of delivery and payment. AP Vastgoed & Renovatie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions after their validity period has expired.
   
2. AP Vastgoed & Renovatie strives to deliver services and/or products on time. If delivery is delayed, you will be notified within seven days of placing your order. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge. Delays in delivery do not entitle you to compensation.
   
3. All quotes and estimates from AP Vastgoed & Renovatie are non-binding. We expressly reserve the right to change prices. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
   
4. After receiving standard products, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products.
   
5. When you place an order or commission a project with AP Vastgoed & Renovatie, your information will be added to our customer database. We adhere to the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
   
6. AP Vastgoed & Renovatie guarantees that the products and services delivered meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability. The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use or if unauthorized modifications have been made to the delivered goods by the customer or third parties.
   
7. All offers are valid while supplies last or for the stated period.
   
8. An agreement between AP Vastgoed & Renovatie and a client is concluded after written confirmation or acceptance of the assignment by AP Vastgoed & Renovatie, after assessment of feasibility.
   
9. Images, drawings, technical specifications, and other information on the website or in other communications are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly. No rights can be derived from these.
   
10. AP Vastgoed & Renovatie is not bound by any obligation if this is prevented by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure situations including disruptions, natural disasters, or delays caused by third parties.
