At AP Real Estate & Renovation, we strive for maximum customer satisfaction. We understand that certain products or materials may not always fully meet your expectations. However, please be aware that our return and exchange options are limited.

Returns

You can return certain products within 30 days of receipt. Upon successful receipt of the return in its original condition, you will not receive a refund, but a credit note for the purchase price. Please contact our customer service for a return label and further instructions.

Swap

Exchanging certain products is possible, subject to availability. Products that were specially ordered for you, custom-made items, or items that cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons are excluded from exchange.

Exceptions

Please note: Products that are custom-made, personalized, or not suitable for reuse for hygienic reasons cannot be exchanged or returned.
