These bathtubs are made of the durable and hygienic material Solid Surface, a material that is very suitable for sanitary facilities. Solid Surface products have aluminum trihydrate (ATH) as their basic component. Acrylate or polyester resins are used as a second component and binding agent. This makes the solid surface products wear-resistant, clean, stain-resistant and moisture-resistant. Bacteria have difficulty adhering to the bathtub, which means that cleaning agents are hardly necessary. In addition, the material lasts a very long time and is even resistant to chemicals.

Maintaining the Solid Surface material

For normal cleaning you can use a natural cleaning agent, such as green soap or cleaning vinegar. If a scratch occurs in the material, you can use a sponge and Cif to 'polish' the material again. This can be done by making circular movements over the surface. Then rinse the cleaned surface thoroughly with lukewarm water and rub dry with a clean, soft cloth.
